LAURA HAYES-HEUER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Laura’s experience in communications, graphic design, public policy, and politics allows her to bring a wide range of knowledge to her work. Laura began her career on Capitol Hill, working in both the U.S. House and Senate, including as a Communications Director for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. The next decade was spent with a progressive public relations firm, promoting the achievements of national organizations and foundations. In addition to running major media release campaigns and events, Laura added graphic design expertise to her portfolio, leading the design team at the firm. Laura’s design work focuses on both print and web design, including policy reports and brochures, infographics, handouts, logos and social media design. Her clients have included the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake, the Institute for Educational Leadership, and Northwestern University, among many others.
