We worked with the Baltimore City Early Childhood Advisory Council and a range of partners to produce a report documenting how Baltimore is meeting the need for high-quality early childcare and education. The report provides a comprehensive set of recommendations to guide policymakers and other leaders working to create opportunities for Baltimore families.
